It wasn’t bad, but it could definitely be better. I also kind of felt like nobody really read my message, which made the whole experience feel a bit impersonal.

It’s decent overall and works fine for what it is. I do think it could be a little cheaper, though. Anyway, for the price, it’s not a bad option.

I didn’t have to chase anyone, the tracking updated like it should, and the package arrived safely. Definitely felt relieved after trying them out. Happy with the experience overall.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from the packaging, but it showed up really well packed. No dents, no mess, and everything looked taken care of. Kind of hard to complain, I’m happy with it.

I had a annoying time using the site. The buttons barely worked half the time, and when I tried getting help, the support responses felt like they were just copied and pasted instead of actually addressing the issue. It made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be...

I ordered the wrong size from gutzyaiden.com, which was on me, so I had to send it back. I was already expecting the usual return headache because that stuff is almost never fun.

To be fair, their return instructions were easy to follow, and when I emailed them, they got back to me quicker than I expected. I sent the item back and they gave me enough updates so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on.

The refund hit my account a few days later without me having to chase anyone down. For something that started because I picked the wrong size, it was handled smoothly. No real complaints, and I’d order from them again
